I know we have had previous posts in the past but I think we need to use it to our advantage to whip the crowd up into a frenzy and get the adrenaline pumping through the veins. We need to walk out to this against the pigs. This is just awesome. If I was a Blades player walking out to this in front of a packed house I would be well pumped.

Just listened to that. We would be 0-3 in 10 minutes. Would be HT before it built up to the crecendo and even that woul be a corner at best.

We need power, adrenaline from the off pal. We only have 5-10 minutes and that tune takes longer than that to get going.

the song is a perfect 5 minutes...and a game is 90 minutes...peaking too early after a first few minutes rush of blood to the head isnt always a good way to go about it!

Its all about preference I know, some of the players would rather walk out to Stormzy. But for an instant rush I can't find better thamn 2 steps from hell, it's intimidating as fuck.

* At LEAST 30 years old.
* On the Radio 2 playlist.
* His mate recorded it and he’s giving them a free plug.

Anybody notice the turgid misery he trotted out at half time against Hull? I understand people might like that type of thing; I’m not knocking the song per se, but its hardly the time and place is it? Surely the point of playing music before KO and at HT is to get the crowd going and pump up the atmosphere? It’s not like there are no up and coming local bands he could be giving some airtime to is it? But that might take a bit more effort than looking through Northern Soul compilations and listening to Radio 2 in the car.

We came out to Heart of Courage by Two Steps from Hell when Weir was in charge, but it coincided with a bad run of form and I suspect that was why it was dropped. It has been played recently in the build up to kick off. It's my favourite, very similar to the above but builds up very nicely.

Somebody on here linked with the club liked this idea, they played it before last nights game at about 19:35. Sounded awesome but too early as the ground was still filling up. Bang this out when the teams come out instead of Kasabian, it sends a shiver down the spine, especially at full volume.
