It's possible I suppose, but once he has a season at the Lane, and reality kicks in that Man Utd will just always go out and spend a fortune on all their first team keepers (usually from abroad) then he might just decide to stick around with us permanently given time. Hope so anyways. Cracking keeper.

He's clicked with the club and fans straight away, similar to when Brayford signed on loan. In his interview on Radio Sheffield before the game he already spoke about staying beyond this season. Obviously he'd love to be number 1 at Man United but realistically while they have De Gea he'll never stand a chance.

Early days yet but West Brom signed Sam Johnstone from Man United for around £5m so I'd expect Henderson's fee would be similar.

He’s great. Love him. I think what he’s saying though is ‘legend for now’ wait till I drop a bollock (they all do). He was being playfully modest in my view.

His handling, positioning, agility and all the rest coupled with confidence and character, lead me to the conclusion that this lad can go right to the top. Hope we can enjoy him for many years, but if not, enjoy him while we can.
