If I go out, which is very rare nowadays, it's usually between the hours of 11.00 pm and 5.00 am

It just happens to be my time for going out on the odd occasion that I go out. I often work late, my friends work different shift patterns finishing work at 11.00 - 12.00 and there are certain places we go where time doesn't really matter. Most of us are fairly flexible in our working hours so again it doesn't matter about the time.
We're not on the same clock as most people but it doesn't mean our drinking habits are any different
