No doubt watching via the red button or on Facebook. I can see this only getting worse during the seasons to come.
I'm not having a dig at those who choose to watch this way as it's obviously a saving, but the repercussions will be bad for a lot of teams.

August time, many are away. That said our opening game last season against Brentford was 26746.

Every single game is available if you know where to look or have an iptv package. No doubt it will affect attendances.

What is this red button you talk of ? Surely people can’t watch all of it live ? If so is that every game because if so I see trouble ahead !!

Well of course, but not by 10% of the attendance, a couple hundred maybe.

It's simply a bit of seasonal variation and the second home match of the season. Nowt to wring our hands about.

To be fair, neither Norwich or Swansea are renowned for their vast away throngs. How many did each bring? 1200? 1300? It'll be different in 2 weeks with Villa. (After all, it's only big away followings that have kept the pigs crowds a bit above ours while we spent 6 years in Division One).

Same for every club in football league, must be affecting the smaller clubs badly. Unfortunately people just can't afford some of the prices anymore.

Don’t think the students have arrived yet.
We advertise in the Students Union and charge them £10 a ticket in the BLUT.

Wouldn’t surprise me if at least 500 students attend our matches.

There was the novelty factor last season and the outcome of a fantastic previous season.
This season, as we know, all we can expect is a season of hard grind to attempt to avoid being relegated by Christmas, with no-one able to even score a goal.
Why even bother

When I bought tickets online for the Villa game, it wasn't easy to get two decent seats together.

School hols I reckon.

I’m sure family holidays with the kids being off school, plus uni students being out of Sheffield for the summer will have an effect. Attendances will probably pick up over be next few months.

I think up to £31 to watch a team that were a reyt bunch of twats last season has put a lot of non-ST people off.

Still slightly disappointing though.

If we look like we could be pushing for the playoffs they’ll not be far off last seasons. I think they’ve held up well considering there’s been a bit of negativity about.

I'm away biking this weekend. My daughter and Grandson away on holiday. Bloke who sits next to me is away. Grandsons mate is away. That's 5 down due to holidays that I know about

Few still on holiday, and Norwich shouldn't have been a cat A.

Only free feed was a phone feed as far as I know, iFollow cost me 6 euros plus if you watch in UK you must pay for a VPN. Not sure how the new securelylive thing went
