JOC is by far the best we will ever get at this level. Ok he is only the best since Maguire but that's pretty good company to be in.
He's our spine, I would be devastated to lose him. Other than losing Fleck he would be the hardest to replace IMO.

Wilder has previously stated the success has meant some players get left behind.

Suppose we sign this guy. What role will Jake Wright and Daniel Lafferty play this season and going forwards?

Interesting: the transfer to Rangers would've been "a three-year deal worth around £2.5million in wages and signing-on fee." That's different from Rangers (or us) paying a £2.5million transfer fee, and might suggest that the lad would be coming in (if he is coming in) as a squad player.
