Where’s all the predictions about unveiling at the game tomorrow night coming from? When have we ever unveiled players at a game?

Joe Shaw's statue .

I'm guessing this one will be Sir James or TC .

Nottingham Post saying Forest still interested and the've been told 10 million too .
They obviously want to keep him.
Nobody is paying that.

Back to Marriott, Gallagher and Hogan then.
How things change, it was only 3 hours ago we were planning how we'd announce him at the Milan match.

Agree credit to Ipswich for asking silly money to ward off potential suitors. You can hold onto your players if you want to. Maybe the Pig in charge of them is desperate not to sell to us and is hoping Florist and/or Smoggies come in for him at the inflated price. Anyone paying that wants their bumps feeling.

Personally, I'm happy if they've priced us out. I don't think spending this kind of money on a 28 year old with one good championship season under his belt is a good financial move on our behalf.

Not after seeing Mcgoldrick whose free!
Gallagher it is then.

So for clarification,

The brand new rumours suggesting no new bid and we’ve been priced out are based in a week old interview while in the meantime Wilder has done a new interview saying that there’s is a bid in and we haven’t been priced out. Meaning: this new stuff is outdated guff and the deal is still on.

You do realise its not 1995 anymore. £5m is peanuts for a decent striker these days.

I suppose the question being asked is not whether £5m is peanuts for a decent striker, but whether Waghorn is that said decent striker

Good stats last season no doubt. Not done it consistently tho. Let's hope he continues to produce

Also, I'd like to add, in Wilder we trust
