Speaking of fake fans..

A guy in my office just walks in after lunchtime wearing a Croatia shirt that he's literally just bought after the game finished (I live and work in Canada, so was a morning kick off here)

He's not Croatian (Canadian I think), never supported them, probably never watched a game before.

I have no words.. generally I enjoy the World Cup but it's stuff like this that makes me glad to get back to proper football and real fans when it's over.

Just off to work in our office just south of Glasgow, really looking forward to having a bunch of Celtic supporters gloating and taking the piss.

If anyone has any suitable responses I am glad to use them! Best I can come up with at the moment is "fuck off"!

You might want to ask why Scotland with its population of 5m, can't achieve what Croatia can with theirs of 4m or uruguay with 3.5m.

If that doesn't work, go back to the 'fuck off'.

Just ordered a Kev/HRH half and half shirt.

Plain white back so I've had "Bank Account" as the player name and " 0 " as the number.

The sponsor, Door Deals, has, "close it on the way out both of you" added.

The bloke in question didn't care at all about Croatia until they were in a World Cup final.
