From City watch yesterday

"Alves will fill one of the two vacant right-back spots, with complicated negotiations for Tottenham’s Kyle Walker continuing in the hope that the England international will also join. The Daily Mail claims that City will try to move that deal forward next week so that 27-year-old Walker can also be on the plane to the USA."

How long would it take the money to filter to us?

Whats the betting on Spurs trying to fuck us over with any payments.

It's a nightmare, absolute nightmare. What if Walker breaks his leg walking his dog tomorrow morning? Nightmare. Bert is struggling to go on, life is so depressing.

McCabe will claim it has already been spent.

Claim it has ...... it already has ..... fact .

5 players in and virtually no one out ! You do the math

Kozzy is my Dad hopes Bert feels better soon.

Tottenham holding out for £50 million - can't see that happening

Latest rumour is that Dani Alves is going to sign for PSG instead... might stop Man City messing around and just stump up the cash to secure Walker.

If the deal is done, we'll know we'll be getting the cash, so we'll be able to spend more. It's not like our owners are totally skint.

My old man works at Morrisons on Chesterfield Rd and regularly serves Kyles mum. She says he credits Guardiola as the best he's ever worked with, and apparently he wants to end his career with us.

Kyle's being totally and utterly wasted in the back three under Southgate. It makes me weep when you see a woodentop like Ashley Young playing in one of the half back positions instead. Fucking criminal.

And that's before you even get me started on Stones instead of Harry.

Just let your contract run out, Kyle. You could be with us in a couple of seasons!:p:D

It doesn’t make any sense at all

Kyle is the best player in that team and he's being square-pegged. Wilder would be furious.

Without fear of ridicule, I'd say Fleck is a better player than any of England's midfield five. (yes, he's Scottish, I know).

How many pairs of red tinted sunglasses have you got on?!

I was saying during the game. It was as baffling as brayford at CB. Because they are both right backs that better attacking than defending. i think ive said before when i was at school with him in the school team he was more of a sterling rashford type role. So why you want to stick in the center defence i dont know as your taking away his best quality

For me i would put dier in there if we need a extra CB

What have you been smoking?

(I love Fleck as much as the next man btw)
