Warnock

Warnock is without doubt the best manager outside the premiership that has ever lived. It would have been interesting if a Man U or a Chelsea etc. had hired him and given him a fortune to spend. Who knows what he could have achieved at that level?

I don't like or dislike NW. He is a processional who is good at his job but also has no loyalty but to himself, his wallet, and his own ego.

Fair play this season, a tremendous achievement. That said he is and will always be too full of shit and himself.

So glad he's not the Blades boss now. Id take CW over him every day of the week and 16 times this side of Sunday.
 
He's classless and says whatever will boost his own ego or send a message to those perceived 'haters'. I can't look at his old lady witch face anymore.
 
It's a funny thing. We pour scorn and ridicule on Wednesday fans who can't accept that we have been better than them this season. And yet one of our more successful managers in recent times achieves (is it?) an eighth promotion (4 of them to the premier league) with an unfashionable club and yet many of our own fans can only look for any excuse to try and diminish that achievement.

Are those Wednesday fans any more delusional than some of our own?

I still like Warnock and if I met him I'd shake his hand, thanks him for what he did at our place but also I've lost total respect for him since he left us with the Wednesday flirtation and every job he does is the best he's done and his favourite. It makes him sound very fickle. Top manager though you can never take that away from him.

So you have lost respect for him because of your fear that he might do something that he didn't actually do. He didn't take the Wednesday job so you no longer respect him because he might have done so, but didn't. I find that a little bizarre.

Chrissy Wilder is a genius for what he has done for this club and I can guarantee if he ever comes back to BDTBL in the future as an away manager he will show a lot more class then that. True Blade!

But does this mean Neil has the record of most promotions of an ELF Manager ? I think this is why he was so overjoyed today ....& who can blame the lad it must be the achievement of a lifetime. He was from a humble Sheffield family beginnings his Mum died when he was a child. He has had to fight for everything he ever achieved so I'm pleased for him.
 
I like him.
He is exceptionally good at what he does and he puts Colin first every-time
Whats not to like about that?

I meant EFL ....not ELF with pointed ears like that terrible Hendrie Robson bought he looked like an elf ha ha

And one of those promotions was Notts County to the premier league. Surely that counts as double!

BUT today it won him the title of most promotions of any EFL Manager it must have been brilliant I don't begrudge the lad that. He's really grafted for it over the years no silver spoon in his mouth ordinary lad from Sheffield. Don't begrudge him he deserves it....he's 70 now so maybe today may have been his last game as a gaffer. I sometimes can't believe how vicious Blades are to one of our own. Who has had to graft wheel & deal in transfer market as never a big budget anywhere. As a Blade I'm proud of him .....well done Neil I know today will have been special to you & I hope Sharon is beating the cancer as shes a lovely lady.

It's a job & what has he got to thank the vile sector of our fans for. I don't mean proper Blades like me but the other vile fans in who get their knife into someone even though we are punching above our weight. Same lot who will soon be nasty about Chris Wilder who is the same type of trad British manager.

We didn't get in the play offs but Chris says 9th on bottom 6 budget is a miracle.

And CW is nothing like NW. One loves the club, one certainly doesn't.

Course he did they are paying him ! Some of our fans are so thick....there's a difference between being an ordinary fan & one who makes his living in football ! I shouldn't have to point this out to fans of even low intellect.
