We have to invest in this for next season, we have had more possession in the final 3rd than any other team but we seldom profit from it. We only need 2-3 players close season but they have to be the right players, if the board back Wilder and he'll finish the job.

Thought we played well today. Millwall defended well as well to be fair.

Need to stop shooting ourselves in the foot though after we'e worked so hard to get ourselves in front in tight matches. Their goal was excruciating to watch after all that hard work put in.

Bit of both today wasn't it? We created plenty of chances and as Bruce Wayne says with a bit more quality up top we could easily have been 2 or 3 up.

Defenders are v good at retaining possession and helping to develop play but are not v good at what they are paid to do I.e. defend. Most goals conceded by any club in top ten proves that point.
Uptop everyone including wilder knows we need new players. Clark seems to have lost interest since he signed his contract, sharp offers nothing in my option unless he is scoring, Donaldson shows he cost £50k and Brooks will not score lost of goals but will create for others.

We should've started him then. And that's nothing to do with any bias. He has the strongest positional instinct of our strikers, that's his main attribute.

It surely also puts an end to the debate about who is the better keeper at the Lane.

Utd should push the boat out if necessary to get Blackman signed up permanently. He will make the odd strange decision as he is young and learning but he has a shit load of quality and potential. He could be a top top keeper for Utd for a long time.

Also think CW has revealed his hand today in who he really rates. Blackman served his suspension and came straight back in. It's clear that he prefers Blackman. And so he should.

Totally agree but his overall performance was woeful. Earlier in the season he was busting a gut, chasing lost causes and prepared to really put himself about.

I really don't get what you guys are seeing. He challenges for every ball in the air, and chases everything (within reason) on the floor. I can't fault his workrate one bit.

I don't think we can complain about our strikers Clark and Sharp have scored as many as any other partnership our downfall is giving away soft goals aided and abetted by our midfield not chipping in with enough goals.

Be a stronger team next year and if we end up in the play-offs we'll be talking about how 1st or 2nd spot was lost.

All Billy did today was miss chances sadly. He'll be gone next season. Driven out by people saying he's not as good as he was... or Chris wanting better.
