Wilder says they wanted it more

Which for me is the most annoying thing. The start we made was ludicrous given what was at stake. I just cant understand how half hearted and demotivated we looked.

Complacency?

Both teams got what they deserved.

I said the same in the away end first half.

That's just how it looked. They seemed hungrier and more committed.

I'm not sure how we can be complecent when we haven't won for 3 games and have been showing such poor form since November. I actually think Wilder was being completely truthful in his Hull interview. These players don't seem to have the belief or mentality to achieve what Wilder himself thinks he can achieve .

Which I could understand in terms of beating the top teams, but surely not against Barnsley??

The fact it's happened twice now against two terrible sides seems to point to complacency

We're knackered, it's as simple as that. People make more mistakes when they are tired. Mentally and physically all the energy we used up until December means there's nothing left in the tank now. Late goals conceded being the biggest indicator.

No desire at all in the 1st half, game changed when Duffy looked like the Blades would run up the score then lost focus again.
No killer in this team they need to go for the throat and finish teams when they have them down.
How many more points can they drop in the final few minutes of a game by losing their focus.
Moore was never on his game he looked anxious from the start he never looked calm ,I can't remember one good save .
Where did the spirit go that so easily dominated Cardiff.

He let the players off in his interview, and was let off by easy questions.

What happened with Brooks?
Starting 3 CM's instead of Duffy or Holmes?

Wilder is good as stating when we’ve had a poor performance, the problem is doing something about it. I don’t think he thinks he has good enough players to do so and it’s coming through in a few things he’s said recently. Not exactly motivation.

Before you all start, no I couldn’t do a better job and yes I know we aren’t allowed to criticise him.

Whilst it's disappointing, I'm having no part in the self flagellation brought on by our slide and Millwall's rise above us.

Looking at our team picked from the lower leagues and a few Championship reserve sides, I can't fault a single one of them. Enda Stevens was playing against Accrington Stanley last year. Baldock was plucked from a team now teetering on the edge of Div2. What more can I ask of them?

We've had a glimpse of what's possible, but what happens next is up to the ownership.

We've also had a glimpse of what is possible if The Prince gets full control too with Van Winckel

Whilst I am in 100% agreement with the principle of not laying into our players - I love them all and they've given their all - I do have to ask where all of Millwall's squad came from if you're making the comparison?

The ownership issue has been largely played out in the background whilst we all concentrate on trying to get in the play-offs. Now that's probably done the damage it is doing will become much more of an issue.

An ageing strike force who can't do it over 46 games, poor recruitment in the January window ............ no improvement at all from the four players brought in, expect more of the same over the summer unless the ownership issue is sorted out. The owners have de-railed the season when we lost Coutts he should have been replaced by quality not more who might make the step up. I blame the owners, next season could be a relegation fight for us.

All the first half they were agressive and challenged us for every ball. They were nipping at our heels constantly. We just stood and maybe raul is spot on when he said we are tired. Second half we gave it back in spades and then started running out of steam. Even Duffy who started after half time. I got very annoyed at the number of times we tried to walk it into the back of the net but loved it when we sprayed the ball TC style.

If Millwall do ever better than we have given similar recruitment options, then it's hats off from me - an amazing effort. It doesn't alter how well we've done in my mind.

Yup, it's a genuine concern. I've no idea what's going off, but I'm certain that we need spend good money just to stand still this summer.

I wasn't very impressed with the interview tbh. Our tempo was only high for 20 minutes.

He's done a brilliant job but interviews like that don't give me any confidence at all that it won't happen again. It just sounds like keep on doing the same things over and over again and it should work.

Whose fault was the poor recruitment in January? Wilder got 2 players who he’s been after since last summer and we screwed up on the Wilson signing but only because the other strikers have stopped scoring has this become an issue. We also signed a solid but unspectacular midfielder.

I think we recruited ok but not great, buying a goal scorer for the Championship would have cost between £3m and £10m and I personally wouldn’t know where to start to find a player who is good enough and also fits within the ethos of the squad.
