With boro and millwall coming up at home, two "Cup Final" wins will put us right back in it. Play like we did last time at home and i see no problem....

We will need to beat Boro now otherwise we will be 5 points [if we draw] or 7 points off sixth if we lose. Can't see us making that up but a win puts us 1 point behind them and at worst 3 points behind Millwall, assuming they keep winning.

It isn't over and I just hope the players can sort their heads out for one final push. We are good enough to match all of the chasing teams in most aspects of the game, we just aren't clinical sadly.

Stranger things have happened but in truth I'm beginning to think about clutching at the plastic cylindrical drinking aids on the bar

Still in the mix for things. Just don’t seem to be able to see out games at the moment. Need to be dropping Leonard into deep centre midfield for the last 10-15 mins and grinding it out.

There's a bit of me hoping that Boro and Derby string a few wins together and put it mathematically beyond us ASAP because the lingering, tantalising hope is kind of like torment

We'll need to beat both of them. Drawing is unlikely to be enough unless the one we draw against has a poor run.

Dream on fella, mid table for us now the only thing to play for now is to stay above the pigs.

Sorry have to disagree as I think there are 2 major problems?.
1 we score a goal but then don't have the quality to score another to see the game out.
2 our defence always seems to forget that a game lasts for 90+ minutes!!.
In wilder we trust. UTB

we won't win though.. we'll be winning one nil and then let a 25 yarder in in the last minute. 'ooh it was another worldie'.. fuck off worldie.. same shit every week.

How about putting the game to bed? Instead of trying to see games out at 1-0 or 2-1.

If we ... if they... should have.... now it feels like a proper season as a blade

I’ve said this many times. But why does CW think Brooks and Duffy shouldn’t be on the same pitch at the same time. With the exception of Coutts, Duff is far and away the best (meaningful) passer in the entire squad and Brooks is probably the quickest. Please don’t let them become an “either or” combination.

Seems pretty straightforward to me, if we win our next two home games we're in a great position to challenge for 6th spot.

It makes Tuesday a do or die. I'm a comin , see you in Barrys Crown Cremorne etc hic x

This is it! The last 3 games have all been must win games and we have won none twists and turns all the way.Boro on Tues is definitely a last saloon game running out of games now.A supreme optimist like me accepts that ! win Tues and we are back in the mix with all to play for.
We have missed lots of chances in the last few games but lady look does seem to have deserted us at this vital time.We have to give it one more supreme effort , win ! And who knows.
