Latest EFL TV selections
Sky Sports have announced another batch of TV selections for the EFL.

Two more EFL fixtures have been chosen for April.

Both matches from the Championship have been selected.

The latest to have been selected:

Fri 27 Apr – FULHAM v SUNDERLAND (7:45pm)

Sat 28 Apr – MIDDLESBROUGH v MILLWALL (5:30pm)

EFL Chief Executive, Shaun Harvey, said: “As a result of the many variables in play, the scheduling of fixtures for live television remains a challenge and whilst this will only affect a small number of Clubs and its fans, I would like to acknowledge our appreciation for the patience and understanding all have shown in this matter.”

Sky Sports Head of Football, Gary Hughes, said: “I’d like to thank the fans, the Clubs and the EFL for their flexibility in regard to the penultimate weekend. We continue to pride ourselves on providing the best possible coverage, which includes the most relevant matches for fans. We look forward to showcasing the end of another exciting EFL season exclusively live on Sky Sports.”

A spokesman added, "As well as this wonderfully condescending attitude to fans, please note that we don't give a shit for any fans that have booked trains and hotels for any matches affected by twats like us. Tough titty you stupid football fans."

You missed a bit, mate ;)

Are we on tv again this season? Non play off games I mean? ;)

Sunderland will still take thousands with loads losing their jobs in the process of being dedicated fans and having the day off work anyway. :)

I take no delight at all in Sunderland going down. A proper big club and always a big crowd and good atmosphere against them. Our season will be missing one of its most attractive games without them.

From memory, Virgin waive the re-booking fees for both NE clubs when this sort of thing happens. Not sure if they allow re-booking at the original fare though.

That must be a recent-ish change then. Cross Country don't charge admin fees now - maybe VECT have cottoned on. I know I complained frequently and bitterly to them about it last year.

Cap doffing from His Pinchiness.

Whatever next, a montage of Monty's greatest moments in a Blades shirt and a lengthy appreciation of Basset's motivational skills?

Only in S2, eh?
