Be a difficult one...particularly when the Hull fans start throwing tennis balls on the pitch in protest. Remember the Coventry game last season.
I hope CW will get us attacking from the off...With Fleck back we should be a little less nervous than last night in midfield, when the opposition press.
I know it’s a bold move, but I’d like to see Holmes and/or Brookes involved from the start.....incidentally, was Holmes injured last night?

Be good to put some pressure on Fulham and Bristol City.

Win that and we're up into 6th on the back of a nice little winning streak. The pressure will be on the others to win their games on Saturday and knock us back down.

Adkins will get a warm reception and their lot will be whipping their balls out. It's a much more interesting game than it looks on paper.

Couple mates, me dad and the artist formally known as Tyler round mine to watch it with a few beers. Cracking Friday night in.

Bristol City play Fulham tonight so if rhe win we can't go 6th Friday. A draw would be best result tonight.

Doh. Didn't know that.

Assume we get level with the rest of the pack on games played when we play Reading away?

Just take Friday on face value and try to beat the Tigers (Tigers, rah, rah, rah!). Worry about what everyone else has done thereafter.

BTW, how much of a bitch of a run in hav Fulham got, and they're nailing it!

Win Friday and we're 6 points off an auto spot

Christ.

If only we'd have put Brum to bed and not lost to Bolton and Wednesday.

If we put a run together this could be a very interesting finale.

It's disappointing because there's been so many games already where we should've won comfortably but instead didn't get anything. If only we'd have won a couple of them eh.

Tell Tyler I said hello, or translated into Tyler-ese Get Fucked :)

‘I’m a tiger, I’m a...tiger!’

Should be good for us...another televised game,a hostile atmosphere from both sets of fans and most importantly a chance to get back into those play off positions!

What’s not to like!?!?

Friday is a huge banana skin.

Firstly because of the close proximity of games and them fighting for survival and us being a little inconsistent of late.
But mainly because the city fans are planning to protest to the point of having the game called off by using whistles constantly during the game. If they succeed then fine, but if not and the game goes on it’s going to make it incredibly difficult to play and we saw last season how that can affect a game, levelling us out with them.

Hopefully the protest will fail due to insufficient taking part, and the extra searches in place and extra police presence will deal with it. Other protests have so far been quite limited in numbers.

Tyler who?

What happened there, is he banned or just sabbatical due to some mean comments about Billy recently?

Coventry that day played well imagine if they were positive it would have been an issue.

Fans protesting and generally being unhappy doesn’t normally work in favour of the team. Sunderland away was one of the worst atmospheres I’ve experienced. From the first minute they were unhappy.

Should have drawn with Boro away, beaten Bristol, Bolton and Birmingham at home. We should be 10 points better off than we currently are.

Hull itself. It's a shithole

You could add Forest away, Norwich and Aston Villa at home to be fair!

Could also have easily only drawn v Leeds and QPR recently, Wolves score the pen at our place and it’s a different game etc etc. Generally overall you reap what you sow.

Listening to Tufty today, I think he’s still willing to risk1 point for a chance of 3, but now accepts that if you have the 3 points in your hand then it makes sense to protect them - as we did on Tuesday.

We’ll be nice and strong yet positive in midfield with young Mr Fleck raring to go again - an early goal for Leon and he’ll be after another four.

It’s time to cook somebody’s goose!!

That one.

Never forgotten.
