Interesting that at time of me voting (11:30am) the 2 front runners - by a long way - are Duffy and Brooks. Both Number 10s.

Brooks is not a number 10 in the Duffy mould and I would bet good money he won't play as that again this season. He is a forward.in my eyes and Holmes will be well ahead of him when Duffy needs replacing.

Gone for Lee Evans personally he's had some big shoes to fill replacing coutts and lundstram (who is actually our top scorer from midfield) and he's impressed me so far and will only get better his control and distribution is getting better personally think we lose that extra bit of control when he gets subbed

I've voted Clarke and I'm surprised no one else has so far.

It was his form that got us to the top of the table. If he regains that form, then we're on the money!

Agree with kozzy 1 man can never make a team.all the rest are needed as well it's called complementing each other.the only really reliable goal scorer we have is Billy.been proved when hes played although he doesn' score every game.nobody else lately can find the net any of the time of late

Yeah well it's a "who's the most important player needed for a promotion push" poll. Not a "who's the most consistent player" or "who's your favourite player" poll.

In my humblest of humble opinions... the difference between us having a tilt at the play offs and us being mid table, rests with Clarke getting his form back. Not just his goal scoring form, but also his all round game where he bullies defenders.

I think its a bit mad that for a team which we consider to be better than the sum of its parts - there are three runaway players. Two of which aren't actual guaranteed starters
