Seeing as its Sunday I haven't bothered pointing out James Shield hasn't used the company's "style in use" by not using ' or " at all when quoting Wilder.

:)

You suggested it was Company policy.....

The 'style we use' wasn't it?

James Shield always looks so down in those photos. By him one of those Dilbert desk calendar things Danny and cheer him up.

It because he knows that yet again the subs gonna knack his headline.

I bet he watches Custis and Winter on Sunday Sup and sheds a little tear.

The post I quoted

The James Shield one you posted? Which contained QM's, but was not the one l was referring to - and posted - for your usual not replying deliberation. Which didn't have any. Who provides the headline for the piece?

I thought you'd said it was a style you didn't use, "you"as in the newspaper, so maybe wrongly thought you did use a style. You must have meant you and not the staff as a whole. Who knows?

At the end of the day though, The Star is poor. Overall. As I posted earlier, posting a story with a headline that includes "fugitive Deputy Mayor" in the News section when it's actually a puff piece for a TV programme is a perfect example.

Very Phil Space and Philippa Column.

If having stuff like that irks you, maybe it's a standards thing?

I suppose you can use the newspaper to wipe your arse about an hour after eating the sausage roll...

I'm just amazed that any business would link their brand to a shit quality product ridiculed on the internet on a daily basis. Doesn't make any sense.

C'mon Greggs, what were you thinking?
