Any one else sick of wstching the same 90 mins over and over ?

Team sets up defensively on the counter and we play in front of them for 20 slow passes and put a shit cross in

Yes, I am. Thought we might have learned from the Bolton game.

And Wednesday are not as good at that bollox as Bolton are.

True. That's Wilder next task. By the way has it tended to be foreign managed/coached clubs that have played that way?

When a team match our formation and sit back, we struggle to create anything. They had the best chances. Even with 10 men we gave them ample opportunities to shoot outside the box. Too slow, too obvious and our corners are beyond the pale.

Indeed. It's frustrating. But it's also pretty amazing that teams in the Championship are coming to our place looking for a point. Especially our supposedly massive rivals who were going for automatic promotion at the start of the season.

A symptom of how well we’ve come on I’m afraid.

Better teams adapt and still find a way to win. Be frustrated at our inability to break teams down not the opposition.

I'm confident our new signings will help with this, tonight was just a bit early for them to get in to the team.

Final third we were very poor tonight. Only real chance was that Donaldson header. Thought wilder should of bought off a centre half and brought on billy as we weren’t creating a lot. Thought James Wilson was poor when he came on, played with his back to goal and didn’t look like making anything. Back 3 looked solid and I thought moore did brilliant towards the end there. Thought fleck was ok but Lunny and duff were abit off it tonight. If we needed a game for duff to unlock the doors, tonight was the game for that but he just didn’t have the guile to break through. Wednesday will take a draw, they set up with a back 5 and were always playing for the draw.

No, I slightly disagree. My major frustration tonight was the fact that we never crossed the ball anywhere near enough. Had the ball in so many good crossing positions and we chose to check back or pass it through them. The few times we did put a cross it, in caused problems. Poor decision making.

Yeah
I'm not wanting to sound ungrateful but the foot all's been so exciting under wilder and since around November it's been nullified by oppos tactics
I would have thought we'd find a way to overcome it by now

It's like having a twelve inch cock and a face like the elephant man

I would have put Leonard on when Nuihi came on , when Fleck drove at their defence at the end of the first half we got a foul on the edge of the area . Thought we were to pedestrian upfront and maybe driving from midfield was needed !
As ever UTB !

Wasn't this what we bought James Hanson for?

That's why we will still be in this division next season, & in all probability its no bad thing! If we cannot break down the Bolton's, Birmingham's etc at home then we are nowhere near good enough to eat at the top table. What's that 1 win in 10................& once again 1 or 2 have off nights. In order to get anywhere near the top of this division we need everyone to be on their game, as they were 2 months ago.

Better to build a strong squad & challenge from a position where we can bring others in when people are out of form or jaded, rather than have to keep playing the same 14. I expect a number of changes for Norwich.

V disappointed tonight, but I should have known it!

Watching from the sofa (when everything appears easy!) I do wonder if we missed a trick tonight.
The *Massive* were for the taking, particularly at 10 men.
I wouldve been tempted to go for it at 4-4-1, take bash off for Lenny, (who by all accounts can play a decent right wing back/midfield) and put sharp on for last 10 min to grab that scrappy 6 yard box winner...
It’s a game of opinions.
We didn’t lose, but IMO ought to’ve pushed hard for that win.
Onwards and upwards. Long way to go yet...
UTB
Ps. Easy 4 points this season, cheers pigs!

When the balls out wide we take to many touches before delivering the ball into the box. Baldock and Basham don't look to be on the same page at times even though they put in good performances

It's worrying me that we're struggling to break teams down now!!. Poor decision making yet again. I fear a dodgy result against Norwich next week as they already know how to set up and beat us!!. I really hope I'm wrong?. Our great start to the season has fizzled out and I now fear a mid table finish.
