yeah and that was a bit of a dribble of a shot by billy as well. not much more he could do i think but o'connell had a great chance as well as clarke but both skied it

I thought the shoulder-barge on Brooks after he'd done their defender was the most obvious howler - can't see how that can be anything other than a yellow. Would also like to understand what Clarke got carded for, other than being a big black lad.

In general, the standard of officials in the Championship seems to be as bad as in League One.

Was up in the stand behind the goal where it happened - as I remember it Billy cut the ball back from about 8 yds from goal-line and on right of my position and he kept running, Duffy then played one/two but Billy had run behind QPR defensive line almost as soon as he cut it back.

the ref was poor, he was very much in the home camp, never looked to stop the time wasting and always seemed to give for the opposition and over looked the few times, Leon, Billy and Brooks all got roughed up, but we did not deserve to win, we were second best to everything, not the normal flow of passes and often looked desperate and not measured with general play.

I couldn't believe what I was watching.

Moments earlier, brooks went past a player, was surround by a couple and received a heavy shoulder charge to the side, knocking him for six.

Ref gave nothing.

Correct. The stats show that QPR committed 15 fouls, not us.

This is the pattern from now on. Hull City will arrive on Saturday with major spoiling tactics. We have to find ways around it.

The worst, or most dangerous, was when a QPR man shoved Brooks into a tackle with the onrushing defender. Knocking him off balance into a tackle was dangerous and reckless and could have been a lot worse.

Scowen covered himself in no glory but that could have been disastrous if it had been seen. It was clear as day on the stream. Wonder if the FA will have another look now?
Another question I thought at the time; he was sat up taking ‘treatment’ to the head, on the touchline. Just roll him off and get on with the fooking game. Frustrating

I personally think the refs should do their job properly instead of us finding a way to combat cheating. Only football, as a sport would it be seen as spoiling tactics, it needs eradicating from the game as I pay to watch 90 fucking minutes. Sorry mate, rant over!
