Don't understand the hatred towards Strachan for not picking out midfielders. Look at it without rose tinted glasses.

2 players that have only 'done it' at championship level for 2 months after playing their trade at league one level for a number of years,

A crucial pair of games that could see them qualify for the playoffs,

A squad that has achieved positive results in the last few games,

And, whether you like it or not, there's maybe 1 player that either of our players could oust from that squad. I'd consider Scotlands midfield to be quite strong.

Looks like a 5 man midfield, fletcher, Morrison, bannan in the middle. Brown is out tonight apparently. Otherwise he'd be in for Bannan I'd imagine.
