Rather dull fact about the Nottingham teams; Notts County actually play within the City of Nottingham and Forest play at the City Ground, yet the ground is situated outside of the City of Nottingham boundary. Just goes to show what a backward lot they are!

I was also watching it on a bean bag at the Lane, and was similarly surrounded by moaners- one of which felt the need to provide a near running commentary of every single thing that happened during the game.
Thank god my season ticket isn't anywhere near him.

I was hoping you were going to explain why they sing "Mull of Kintyre"!

It's their 'Annie's song'

City Ground
Oh mist rolling in from the Trent
My desire is always to be here
Oh City Ground

Far have I travelled and much have I seen
Goodison, Anfield are places i've been
Main Road, Old Trafford still echo the sound
Of the boys in the red from the City Ground

A bit like Wendy have.......er..........

Wendy are thinking of stealing the Forest song, obviously they will then say that it was their's before Forest stole it from them.
Think it goes something like.

Rus-ty old sty.
The flood pissing in from the Don.
Our desire, is not get-ing beat by the blades, yet again..
Oh rus-ty old sty.

Far have I travelled, never have I seen.
So much rust, in one place, it's obscene.
It's £42 pounds, and I just don't know why.
I keep turning, up at the, rusty old sty.
