I think it is, but can be more if the referees report indicates it was bringing the game into disrepute. I think Wenger got a five game ban last season for confronting opposing staff if the technical area.

Hopefully both clubs report the officials. All 4 of them were terrible. It didn't cost us the game and to be honest probably stopped it from being 2-0 but that doesn't change the fact he was shit. Shouldn't be officiating at this level off of that showing.

The ref started poorly and continued to go down hill throughout. His 'assistants' assisted mainly in being incompetent.
