Here's a match thread (early I know :D) and ticket details have been announced:

Sheffield United v Charlton Athletic
FA Cup Round 4
Saturday 24th January, Kick Off 3.00pm

Sheffield United have announced a cost-cutting package for fans to experience the magic of the FA Cup.

Supporters under 16 can watch United's FA Cup clash with Charlton for just £1, while tickets are available to season ticket holders for £10, if purchased before the day of the game.

Tickets are now on sale for the fourth round tie at Bramall Lane on Saturday 24th January, kick-off 3pm, with season ticket holders given until 12noon on Monday 19th January to claim their own seat.

Additional supporters will be able to attend for £15 (adults) and £5 (concessions), with fans purchasing tickets for the cup game allocated 100 loyalty points.

Simon Argall, operations director, said: "We are determined to provide great affordable family football for all our supporters and this is another example of our many initiatives. We'd like to see as many people as possible at the Lane enjoying the atmosphere."

Tickets will only be available for the Frasers Property Kop, Valad Stand and the VisitMalta.com family stand.

United's ticket office at Bramall Lane will extend its opening hours until 2pm on Saturday 17th January to give supporters additional time to claim their seats.

Tickets are available online, however, season ticket holders will need to book through the ticket office to claim their discount.

Just got tickets for me and Tony. Also got one for Small SV. Her first Blades game. She's five now, so I thought it was about time to introduce her to the magic and wonder of watching United. Plus it's always good to get a new generation following United. And why should I suffer alone?:D

Hope she enjoys it SV and we win for her! :)

I'll be bringing HH the Younger III along (yes, I've relented and just shifted seats, well, am about to. Probably to the South Stand somewhere.), and she's five in Feb, so if you go to the Lion first, there will be another little girl around too!

There was a queue outside the ticket office earlier and according to the lass behind the counter, they've been busy all day selling cup tickets.

Hopefully be a decent crowd from our lot, because Charlton just about filled a mini-bus a few weeks ago.

Welcome home HH!

:D:D:D

Don't think i'm going Saturday. Got too much revision to do, so might give it a miss.:(

I'm not sure if i want us to win this game.

If we go through we play the 5th round on the day of the Dingles game, of which i have already forked out travel for.

So i envisage, knowing my luck, we go through and get to play some one like Reading (unless they are out) same division and miles away.

Hoping for a fairly open game, but praying we don't draw. I could do without the added expense!

Aye... the replay is on the day we're meant to play Southampton away too.

Could cause travel issues.

Especially for those who've booked cheap train tickets as they won't get a refund on them! (hotel will probably).

Did whoever organises fixtures realise that it was cup replay night?! It's a full night of league fixtures, there'll be loads rearranged!

They probably took the chance on the few it should affect... there's only 16 matches in the fourth round proper and not all of those will go to replay.

Everything will be ok. Because we're going to win.:)

...The same Kabba case they tried to get involved in then were humiliated when Boothroyd admitted the 'gentlemans' agreement?

Line ups for the day

Blades: Bennett, Halford, Naysmith, Morgan, Kilgallon, Henderson, Webber, Sun, Montgomery, Sharp, Naughton. Subs: Cotterill, Hendrie, Carney, Howard, Haber, Walker.

Charlton: Elliott, Moutaouakil, Youga, Bailey, Hudson, Shelvey, Holland, Ambrose, Sam, Fortune, Burton. Subs: Gray, Wagstff, Dickson, Racon, Basey, Clark, Randolp

A scrappy one, especially the second half.

Soft goal to give away - not sure why Bennett came steaming out when there wasn't really any danger.

Morgan MOTM, won absolutely everything.

Aye... there was way too much space through midfield and why did every single United player drop back into our box in the last three minutes?

Bloody cold but we're in the next round... meaning the game against the Dingles will have to be moved.

Good to be in the next round.

Although we made that hard for ourselves in the 2nd half. Should of had the game wrapped up in the 1st half.

Sloppy goal to concede although loved the way the Charlton fans didn't really notice for a good 5-10 seconds til the ref pointed it out.

Agreed Morgs was our best player today.
