Say goodbye to Brooks

Got to say no to any bids if we arent getting anyone else in. Looks a genuine point winning asset

I was about to post something similar. He's a step above most of what we currently have, I just hope with the sell-on money we've had from the Walker & Maguire moves that we can afford to keep him rather than taking a bargain-basement offer. He could become a cult hero for us if we can keep & build around him

Selling him now would be ridiculous when he'd be worth much more by the end of the season.

So no doubt we'll sell him by the close of the window.

I at least want to see him play for a few fucking months, we can't spend £1m all summer, receive £7m odd in transfer add-ons and then sell a lad who's going to play for England. With the nonsense prices clubs are playing, we would get £10m+ for him, but it's not enough.

Struggling to jump on this bandwagon. Not impressed tonight. I'd pick Duffy and Carruthers ahead of him. Only really 1 run in 2nd half down right where was lucky to stumble through the initial challenges. Struggled to see any end product otherwise when in a good position.
What!
The kids pure class

Lad has been unreal tonight, different gravy.

No doubt with everyone watching on sky he'll be gone before the end if the window now.

Hope we take nothing less than £7m judging by the insane fees at the moment.
He looks a real player. For his age, tried to run the game for us, but with no support. I still think teams will monitor him until Jan at least

I’m afraid that the reality is he is gone before the end of the window. He’s well worth a punt for a PL side with money to burn.

He deserves to play with better strikers. He put a couple of brilliant balls in to the strikers. Just the right placement and pace to draw a defender too far. Just needed one step towards it and a turn and cmean through. Sadly, neither striker read them quickly enough to capitalise.

Utterly predictable and increasingly tiresome.

Let's hope he's rubbish in future, eh?

In fact, at the risk of deflating the ever increasing mania, he did one or two clever things; he's a talent, but he wasn't great tonight.

The sooner we fuck him off the better.

your 7th post in 7 years, glad i didn't see your other 6, what utter tripe

I'll be honest , I didn't think he played that well . He managed one or two nice touches and one good run at the end . But overall I didn't rate him at all tonight . He can be really wasteful with the ball too . Great potential but a lot of development needed .

Now Coutts . He's got glass written all over him .

Sorry to shatter your illusion, but he's not that great.

Not at all. That's not what I said.

The pleasure many take in eagerly anticipating his departure so they can have a self-indulgent tantrum is oh so predictable and clearly outweighs any enjoyment in watching him. What a shame. We have it every time he plays. It's the Bladesfans' Way.
