a) Tackles Henry with ease and beatifully distributes the ball to midfield.

b) Dives in aiming for Henry's waist, gets sent off, and seeing as the referee is on Arsenal's payroll, they are awarded a penalty.

the need for a striker may depend on what happens with Kabba's ongoing contract talks and whether Pericard stays beyond his loan period, which i think expires at the end of the month

What we need is a striker who is good in the air but quick n agile and can finish, i.e. someone like Bent, obviously we wont get him, but Pericard doesn't seem to show any skill. He's OK and probably could do a job in Champ, but i';m sure we can get better than him.

We defo need a centre midfield player, a tough tackling, goalscoring midfielder, in Browns ability (*for the 1 season anyway)

Also we need a young tough CB, about 23 yrs old, it will cost us, but we don't want to get an aging defender in, or a half baked one. We need to splasha bit of cash in Jan, in order to keep us at the top

i agree about the younger defender, and a midfielder with those qualities you mentioned for the premiership, i dont think pericard is our answer for a striker, we can get much much better than him.

morgan plays an inch perfect pass? nah not buying that one!
Agreed we could do with a central defender and Roy Keane could do a job for us in centre mid...and then a striker such as sherringham

as far as im aware yes, they are both have a few to permanantly sign, i think robertson has thrown away his chance of being signed permanantly with the car crash situation, i just hope that doesnt jeapordise (sp) dyers chance of coming to the lane
