This camera person is all over the bloody place, he needs to zoom out a bit too grrr

I'm trying to watch the video but there's just a black screen. Any advice on this?

The app is great, the website is garbage. Kept logging me off whilst putting payment details in.

No option to pay for match alone, so had to pay for full susbcription.

Great footage, I keep expecting replays coming up though and get fekall lol

Very very sloppy on the ball again. Seem to be weak on the ball too and getting shoved off easily.

Another side with a mountain of a back line and forward line. Zohore causing problems and Bamba winning everything the other end.

My Player subscription runs till October. Logged on as a VPN out of Costa Rica and got the match live for no fee. Bit of a result apart from it being a bit juddery. Aha! Just given me an invalid parameter! I'll wait for the knock on the door from the cops.

No joy getting the game here. First it wouldn't show me the 'Watch live' link at all, then it kept asking me for an address in the country my IP address is in, despite me giving them one, now it just takes my bank details and cycles back to the login page with no error/warning/message. I give up.

And now Cardiff have scored...

What browsers and VPNs are people using who have it working? Im using Chrome and VPN unlimited and all Im getting is a black loading screen for the video and the app just says video playback error.

Ipad. Logged in to IPVanish. Now out of Frankfurt which works better. Just opened up the SUFC Follow App and there it was.

First experience with iFollow and it’s a big thumbs down. The stream was crapper than any dodgy Slovakian TV stream I’ve watched, and so frustrating it wasn’t worth a fiver. Basically I have a decent Internet connection at home and all other streaming works fine. However iFollow kept freezing for around 2 seconds every 30 seconds. I tried it on all picture qualities, from 720 mps to 240 mps and it made little difference. The constant stalling meant that the Radio Sheffield commentary was useless too, as the picture lost about 4 seconds each minute so they were impossible to keep in sync. Doubt I’ll be paying again unless the issues are fixed.

The fans who film via the phone at the game actually offer a better service than iFollow. The view may be crap but at least there is no buffering.

About half way through the first half a number of about 40 digits appeared on various areas of the screen, presumably to prevent a re-broadcast. Also, none of the streaming sites that were advertising it actually showed it.

Mine jumped like buggery again once the second half began, dissapointing so far

The quality of mine was excellent but the first half it stopped about 5 or 6 times so I had to start it again, the second half was not as bad but was a little jittery sometimes.

I need to know what was causing the drops outs.

Will give it another go against Sunderland

Chrome and Touch VPN are the best options for me so far. Hardly any impact on speed using the VPN

UTB

Sound was behind a few seconds, other than that, perfect quality, no problem at all.

Teething problems, it will get better iam sure. The 2nd half of Brentford match was shite. Complaining on here will get us so far, give the EFL your feedback. Then they can make it watchable. Seems like very different experiences for alot of us. Sky go and iplayer is the video quality i would expect. That was shit.

this is going to sound like a daft question, but what is VPN? and how do i change it on my chromebook?

The only way I could watch it in New York was to pause it for 5 mins and keep off shoutbox , then the goal came through from flashscore and I gave up

Yes, I had the same problem. The sound was was 5 seconds behind the action. Is there any way of getting commentary at the same time?

Yep, press the pause button for a few seconds for whichever one is lagging. But if the picture freezes / buffers and the radio commentary doesn't, you'll be out of sync again.

Took me a couple of attempts but after turning of my add blocker & changing my country to DE, (I put the correct UK address in, just made sure the country was the same as my vpn) got it to work.
I'm using "private Internet access" & can't get it working on my android devices (just says video loading, then says can't load video,) my work around was to use the Chrome browser in Windows & stream it to my tv using the browsers built in Chromecast.
