I know it's been down for a few days, but I went on there to buy tickets this morning for the friendly v Stoke and I reckon there's still some problems with it.

I pull up the stadium view to look at which seats are available and I'm looking to see if my own seats - which are 3 on the end of an aisle - are available. My seats are numbered 65,66 and 67. (65 is the end seat).

But on the stadium plan, 65 isn't the end seat anymore! The end seat starts at 73 and goes up from there. Those three seats which I've had a season ticket for several years now, are all of a sudden bang in the middle of a different section, according to the new website plan.

So what's happened? Have we installed or re-configured the seating? Or is the website stadium plan simply...wrong?

I hope it's the latter but appreciate any comments from anyone else who may have just suddenly found out that their seats aren't where they thought they were!

The seating plan has always had interesting aspects.

Near to me in the front of the SS, seats 100 and 101 have never shown. They are next to the posh seats but they have existing ST holders in them.

I always wondered whether the plan is not to sell ST there if the holder doesn't renew so that the posh seats can expand eventually. Alternatively, they just allowed 2 extra seats after the original seating plan had been created.

In reality, like your moving seats, I think cock-up rather than conspiracy is most likely.

Sure, that's what I think but if anyone from ticket office is on here they might want to look at it because it's numbered wrong.

It's a MAC-Dos interface issue given the IPS-ID Ram Apple contradiction.
Only solvable if you post up your credit card detail here mate.
I can remedy via Microsoft Patch#56836.
Needs doing quickly though.
Get on it mate.

Always been like that don't expect aisle seats to be on the edge of a ticket block my aisle seat always showed up as being in the middle of a block.

Never did for me before! I've been buying all my tickets online for years now and always go to the seating plan first to find spare seats around wher my ST seats are for mates. This is a new system they've got - totally different to previous seasons - and it's err... it's not working reight!

I don't want to turn up and find I have to sit on SBT's knee because that bugger is after my credit card I know it!

Can only say about the kop but it is the same as it has always been where I sit, ticketing block F2 covers the block behind the goal and half of the seating blocks either side of it but the aisles are clearly shown on the seating plan.

Question: Does anyone know the row/seat numbers on the Kop with restricted views behind the pillars?
I want to avoid these seats like the plague. Thanks

Ask any fan with a crinked neck - they'll tell you.

I don't miss that about the kop I must admit. Hopefully we'll get rid of them pillars next summer when we tear down the old shed and build something suitable for the Prem. I want two tiers, 10,000 capacity and escalators. (I love riding on escalators and it's been the highlight of many a Wembley visit).
