He's not up to the job....................

and the pigs deserved the win.

Time will tell...................

'our gert' could have motivated the Blades more than Blackie did today............dreadfull absoluteley dreadfull.

Thank god we have a chairman wi AMBITION and loads a money............we'll need it !

Yes we were poor and the pigs werent any better apart from the cock-up between Morgs and paddy, Neither team looked like scoring. Blackie is staying and im still confident that he CAN still get us promoted were still in the top six why are you so fecking negative. Still a long way to go :)

Blackies tactics are piss poor he aint got balls in my opinion.

Did you go Beighton?
We were the better team out of two poor teams in the second half.
We lost 1-0 with a f' up and had a player sent off who shouldn't have been.
How is that down to tactics?

No we didnt play well at all but how any one can even contemplate Blackie leaving is a fool, they where better than us i think, down the wings especailly, i hate saying it, but its true, quite a contrast to how we played last week

If mi auntie had balls she'd be mi uncle.

The Blades were dreadfull.

doesnt really matter if he did or not, it was on sky, so if he didnt he saw as much, or even more than what the rest of us did

The pitch moves on the telly........never does at the match no matter how much beer i drink.

:D:D:D

Can't agree with bad tactics, motivation maybe ? why a team with better more experienced players cannot impose themselves on a game would be a better question.

I still asked and he didn't answer just put a daft comment, so I asked again.

He watches through his special 'I pretend to support united but don't' glasses, so it makes no difference really if he did or not.

Shut up of course he's up to the job, we won the last 3 games prior to today! And unbeaten at the lane.

They didn't deserve the win, we had a player sent off that shouldn't have been and they had a player who stayed on who should have been sent off.

Now that is rubbish.

Ah. Normal service has been resumed.

Blackies tactics are piss poor he aint got balls in my opinion.

We were down to ten with 2/3 of the match remaining. He replaced the departing centre-back with another centre back. Despite the midfield being stretched we played reasonably well in the circumstances, didn't seem to tire, and were at the very least a match for that lot's eleven men.

We weren't exactly great, but we've both seen plenty of worse performances over the years, eh?

I think we played better down the wings than them at times, especially Kyle. I don't mean to be ungracious to that lot, but our stretched midfield gave them a lot more room to move. The lead up to the penalty showed that in abundance.

:D:D:D

Not on the right stuff then Lou :D

Now that is rubbish.

I still think a draw would have been the fair result, but then I would, wouldn't I :D

I think if we still had 11 men on the pitch it would have finished a draw. Weds only won because of a mistake by Kenny. So, to be honest WE gifted them the 3 points.

Weds finsihed the match with 12 men. (1 being the ref)

And to Beighton. I still think we'll finish top 6. Unlike the 'Other' team.

Yeah, a point each would have been fair I reckon, although (as much as I hate to say this) Wednesdays did play rather well. I thought we played well and it's unfortunate that we lost Killa just as we were starting to find our feet in the match - could have been very different had that (completely ludicrous) decision gone against us.

I knew BB would have crawled out of his hole this afternnon :D

We had a defender sent off.
A manager without balls would have brought off a forward. Blackie didn't, he presumably thought we would stand a better chance of scoring with two forwards.
No balls? Yeah, right.

exactly!!!

It will be us who are laughing come the end of the season.

Get behind the team FFS!

oh well........................ my opinion is Blackie was the 'cheap as chips' option as usual with United and i've seen more poor performances this season than good.

But good performances doesn't always mean positive results... and you can't deny that we've had some of them go our way?

I can't really lay any blame at the feet of Kevin Blackwell for yesterdays result.

The blame for me can be laid firmly at the feet of the referee who was completely and utterly awful and gave us nothing.

I still can't believe that he sent Killa off, and can't believe that the vile Jermaine Johnson did not walk for a forearm smash straight in to the face of Kyle Naughton

Poor Naughts will be bruised all over, look at this one: HERE

I think it'd take more than losing against Wednesday to get rid of a manager, especially seeing as at least there was some desire there that was so evidently lacking last season.

It's bad when you can even get piggies to admit the referee was shite!

Blackwell did very well at the end of last season but he had to go out and get wins, no other option for him. This season though is turning out very different, yes he talks a very good game much like McCabe does and we have gone from the attacking team at the end of last season to a cautious negative long ball team. Time after time we hoof it up early to the opposite centre halves. We have good players but we don't play to our strengths. We are eleven games into this season and the good performances can be counted on one hand with fingers to spare. Why we can't get the ball down and pass to feet I'll never know as we allways look a better team when we do. These players of ours should be able to compete if we play football and not the hoof it down field which Blackwell seems to be becoming obsessed with. We have a few players in their 30s, they cannot play at 100mph every game with old legs. Blackwell has to make the choice play football or get rid of the older players and get some younger ones in who have the legs to chase the long punts downfield. As it is we are NOT good enough to get out of this league (from the chairman down to the players) anyone who thinks we are must be on drugs. Won three on the trot -so what a poor Watford, a win at Donny who gave us a football lesson but can't score in a brothel and another over a piss poor bristol who never really turned up. Now we have to endure the embarrasment of losing to a pig team scraped up from anywhere as long as they don't cost anything. I'm sick of hearing the same old excuses like international breaks, bad referees etc, even our fans are starting to sound like the porkers with the "we are a bigger better club" shit and the "empty seats" jibes, all because we didn't do it where it matters on the pitch. Come Febuary when the S6 shite do the double it will be interesting to see if the clappers are still clapping.
