Latest is Barnsley are being awkward bastards and trying blag more money claiming other clubs are bidding higher. We are holding firm with our current offer as the player wants to come to us. That is what I have heard is the state of play. Its just a case of waiting for Barnsley to cave in and accept the deal which they must of originally said yes to.

To be honest i doubt that this will happen. I dont beleive for one second that we should be paying over the odds, but if the reason behind the issues is infact a sell on clause then either just add it, or if its a reasonable percentage then just add it. The long things are left high and dry the more time the dingles have to farm him around to get the money they want.

As for him wanting/holding out for a move to us, again this is only speculation. All of the "Reports" simply provide that implication rather than a quote from the player himself. Does anyone know where he lives? Lets get round there and get an Exclusive quote from him
