I've asked this before, but is there any actual proof that Princey has any money? There seems to be an assumption that he must be minted because he's a member of the Saudi Royal Family, but there are about 3,000 of them so that doesn't necessarily signify.
Not sure how it works exactly in Saudi but in other oil rich Arab countries in the GCC the locals are given land and money by the government as well as cushy jobs on a lot of money and a lot of subsidies for things like food, building property and education for their kids.
They basically have lots of disposable income and I would imagine that the Prince is able to use his name to own majority shares of foreign companies who want to set up in Saudi (they must be 51% Saudi owned, even subsidiaries of global blue chip companies). Say he has between 10 & 50 companies that he "owns" he'll do very little actual work and charge them a fee for being the majority owner.
The brighter Sheikhs and Princes manage to earn a good few £m each year just through this. Add that to the land they will own and rent out and other business ventures and without trying too hard that can amass a fortune of tens of £ms pretty quickly. Given he's a fairly close (in relative terms) member of the ruling family he will have lots of these businesses and interests so he could easily have £100m plus of assets, if he invests this wisely he'll have multiple hundreds. All supposition but now short it's much easier for an Arab to be a very wealthy entrepreneur very quickly than it is for me or you.
