Liked it when they used Iggy Pop - Lust for life for a few games (2012?)

But stick to the winning formula - Da Hool and Kasabian. Might not be the greatest songs ever composed but seem to work on a match day.

No Warnock era themes though (Simply the Best or Star Wars) whatever anybody thinks of the man he had no taste in music.
 
Should be the theme to the film "The Great Escape" as we have got out of this god forsaken league

What is this entrance music people are on about
I get in the ground at 15.02 (for 15.00 ko)
I know nothing of this music am I missing something, all sounds a bit dull to me
 
I can just imagine all the Kop shouting THUNDER THUNDER THUNDER! The whole Kop clapping in tune! Then when the song gets really going and Brian Johnson shouts only as he can YOU'VE BEEN THUNDERSTRUCK (1.51 into the song) the red n white wizaaaards come out! The reason Thunderstruck would be good is that the Kop could join in and get the crowd going, building up as opposed to the present where the song just starts as the players come out. That's what's wrong with the current effort.

Anyone recall back in the 90s if we lost,at full time they would stick on "Look on the bright side of life"? May proceeded the 90s but I don't remember anything before then

Agreed, they've produced some excellent entrance music, although some of my fave ones have been actual songs that have been used.

Ha, I'm sure Mr. Avenger would take adverse criticism like that any day of the week!

I thought however that 'We took Vegas' would be particularly appropriate for Sunday against Ches Vegas.


(the alternative name for Chesterfield doesn't work as well as Cas Vegas and Ponte Carlo do for the twin towns about 15 miles from here btw)
 
got to admit last week at mk dance with the devil by cozy powell sounded quite good
