You forgot the ' ;) ' which was an integral clue in the message, but I digress.

Anyway the show was poor, just callers and even from 'them', they should have got someone interesting to talk to on a day like this and I don't mean Brian the Blade.

derekacorah yeah I wasn't please with a kick in the bollocks that always knew was on its way to end the show....

Good old RS, nothing negative about United and this shit is back out there..

Hope we say F them all this time and the deal gets done.... bring him home..

Was it not a Sheffield united special tonight ?? There was porcine and toy town fans on talking about their teams. Don't even mention that balloon from Pennsylvania. Pitch invasions, trouble at port vale?? WTF?? No mention of the 7500 there on Saturday instigating a party atmosphere. Even in the pig rag it says over 7000 fans went. Imagine if the tramps had taken that many it would have been headline news and pictures of the fancy dress in a middle page pull out.
I really didn't buy into the perceived bias (I very rarely listen so I could be wrong) but tonight was about the RS exclusive and every fekker else in the region.
I wonder how the Doncaster Rovers special will go tomorrow??

Correct you did and I for one said, it was bullshit , shows how much I know.
Got to say I'm disappointed, it's something I think we don't need , but I trust wilder so it should be ok .
Obviously there's a lot of shite written about united, as some people said McCabe had fallen out with mr Massey over Ched and that hat Ched was going to sue United, (God only knows what for though).
Must admit it would of been better keeping this quiet for a while.
The alleged special on Radio Sheffield with players and staff tonight seems to have disappeared.
Perhaps the wrath of Wilder, good on yer..
I actually heard about it a few days before I posted it to be fair but wasn't sure weather to open up another Ched debate. And anyway, this still isn't guaranteed to go ahead, nothing ever is. Many things can happen in negotiation talks.

Jordo broke it Friday. Clayx couldn't break wind. He's like impending fucking doom since he fell out with the club. Bullshitter.

Told five minutes ago it's come from inside Uniteds boardroom. McCabes furious.

Can't reveal sources etc etc but someone high up blah blah blah. But it's true. Apparently.
Jordo just said 100%.

ClayX said next week, and it he was right.

Mine came from within Chesterfield high up. So in fairness both parties haven't handled it well. The only thing I didn't and still don't know is a fee. This could actually go tits up now .

Unsurprising if true (the fury, not the leak). Wouldn't have been anywhere near as shitstormy if announced in two or three weeks. Wilder will be asked about it now, when all he should be asked about is the heroes who have dragged our sorry arses out of the third division.

He can't have broken it if someone else had said it first can he?
In fairness I'd found out a few days than I actually posted but I wasn't sure weather to post it up and I high jacked a thread which I believe was hinting at the prospect of him coming back.

They can share the glory, better :D

Okay. Still doesn't let the misery off the hook for his Morsy signed and rent now over a million a year bs.

He must walk in his local and they'll be saying " he's here look, Martin, United are buying Phil Jagielka but the deals stalling because he wants a goat sacrificed pre match every game and McCabe won't stump up for it".

Hit and run poster .

I don't know why people are having a go at Radio Sheffield or The Star on this one. Any journo would jump on breaking this kind of story. It's what they do.

It is what journalists do in general, but as has been said, Wilder thanked RS for their coverage and support over this wonderful season, and they've then ignored any sense of good will to break a story.

If it was a story broken on a larger scale, by a national paper or summet, I'd understand not giving a shit about how we feel about it. But it isn't.

People chuck the 'radio pig' badge about, but the same gripe is often expressed by the other side because both clubs' fans have bias. Blade and pig ears are sensitive to what is being said and I'd say I'm guilty of thinking the same about RS sometimes with regards to their coverage of them lot. But all in all, they probably don't do as bad a job as is made out (again, by both sides).

On a local journalistic level, it's in their interest to keep us as sweet as possible, and this will not have gone down well because of the timing and the nature of the leak.

Seems to be pretty damn poor from RS. It's not quite cricket.

I thought the Wendy was spot on about the timing of this news. We're finally UNITED as a whole club and then BAM this shit pops back up. Fans don't always agree on things but some things are minor and have no effect, however, this Ched business is different. If it is to happen then i wish they'd have waited until the summer because it isn't good news for a good number of fans and it threatens to leave a smear on such excellent memorable times.

Well, if a local journalist wants to become a national journalist, these are the kind of stories which help.

To be honest and on balance I didn't think the show was too bad tonight. Staton and Buchan seemed to recognise that this could turn out to be an absolute bargain or it could go completely tits up. It's basically all down to what Wilder and Knill can do to get Ched firing. I don't think they did a bad job at all, and I am often quite critical.

As for the Pig callers we shouldn't be at all surprised by anything they say. Thick as shit most of them.

The Wednesay fan has never seen Ched play and hopes United struggle next season so take any advice with a pick piece of cynicism. He said he was neutral, yeh very funny.

A good example is the Forestieri situation. He refused to play for Wednesday and wanted away.
Logic says he should never play for SW again. He's disrespected SWFC and likely to destroy team spirit in the dressing room, no player is bigger than the club etc.
However surprise.....surprise...because he's their best player then their morals go out of the window.
Almost every Wednesday fan was prepared to give him a second chance.
Like they were prepared to continuously forgive Madine for his violent nights out.

In reality clubs and fans turn a blind eye to poor morals if it improves the chance of success.

I expected a minor shitstorm but I agree it was a mildly positive show and quite low key.
About 80% of callers seemed in favour of Ched re-signing with 20% against him coming.

I was also surprised that the Radio Sheffield presenters weren't sitting on the fence, like they normally do.
Both presenters seemed slightly in favour of Ched joining and thought it was a low risk deal which made sense.

Thought It was a sufc special tonight?

Typical for this shit to take over again. I just want him to go away and dissapear and not darken our doorstep again.

Bad move by the club, bad timing and bad PR.

That many with you RS had to fill in with Pigs.

Why do we care so much what the media say about us? Radio, newspaper or whatever other outlets there are, they are just a bag of shit there to sell their outlet.

We need to adopt that seige mentality and fuck them all. We won the league, we have the leagues highest scorer, perhaps the highest scorer in all 4 divisions. Our manager is a revalation and we have a tight squad with a great mentality. Our support is up there with the best in the country. We have all this and we care what a set of cunts on a radio station say about us? Really?

Be bigger than they are and stop listening and stop reading the shit they post. Because it is just that. Fuck them all.
