Remember that game well. Drizzly drive over Saddleworth. Crappy spoons in town centre, parking an absolute bastard near the ground. And Boundary Park ran out of beer after about 3 mins.

As for the game - felt a bit like the start of a gap year, especially following the fun preseason trip to Malta. Was adamant to enjoy the year. Soon changed from a giddy gap year to 5 years job hunt armed we with a 2:2 media degree from Bolton Polytechnic.
