You need to learn your football history before you start correcting others.

It's always been The Football League, when it was founded there weren't any others in the world so it did not have to differentiate itself with other leagues.

We sell the FA Cup worldwide and yet have managed to do it without needing to call it "the English FA Cup".

its the kings cup in spain
copa italia
DFB cup in Germany

It was. Just across the road, where the catering waggon is now if I remember correctly.

Remember the old 'United Colours of Sheffield" ones with the three 1990 kits at the time? Think the club later adopted that one and started to sell their own.
