Yes, but they aren't going to happen.

As per the last time we were promoted, I neglected to have the main one, despite having it previously.

I've had billy to score and win in so many bets this season and not one has come in.

Bleedin jinx.

My most successful this season are:

Draw HT Blades FT

and Mr Freeman :)

had a couple of very near misses on daft odds too :)

Loads of bets riding, but Blades top 6 finish is only part of these bets (doubles trebles accas )

One bet up £50 to finish top 6 @ 10/11

United to win the division in an accumulator with Donny, Newcastle, and unfortunately Man City.

Backed United to win the league at all odds from 10/1 down mostly with free bets.
Cost me about £25 in real money stand to win about £380, if Bolton would just piss off.

Also had a £10 treble all to win the leagues Newcastle, Blades and bloody Portsmouth.
Would have won £480.

Not Blades related but if I could go back a year to bet on Brexit happening, Leicester Premier League Champions and Donald Trump next US President...

...if only!

After the Millwall game I had a tenner on us to be relegated

Must admit I never saw any 10/1 knocking around so well done

13/2 was the longest odds I saw to win the division

I must confess to having placed £500 on us to win the league at odds of 6/1 at the start of the season.

I have in the last few weeks layed a little back at approx. 1/7 on to generate funds to back Fleetwood and Bolton at various odds.

At the moment I stand to collect net approx something like this, can't quite remember all the best I have placed, I am sure I backed Millwall as well as long odds.

£3,100 if we win league
£3,800 if Fleetwood win
£1,800 if Bolton win

I am tempted to have another £100 on Bolton at 9/1 before Saturday as I expect they will beat Chesterfield and the odds will shorten before we play again.

To be honest I am not really going to win anything just recover monies from five years previous losing £500 bets on us to win the dam thing before!

I follow the late great, Clement Freud's betting philosophy which was something to the effect;

"There is no point having a bet unless when you win it makes a difference, and when you lose it hurts."

I've got £50 at 6/1 on us winning the league. Was tempted to put more on after we'd drifted to 11/1 after our very shaky start, but didn't.

So to all those saying they're not bothered about the title - I bloody well am. Will pay for most of my season ticket .....

Tempted to whack £30 on Bolton at 9/1 today to cover myself ..... That way if SUFC win league I net £270 and Bolton win league I net £220.

I had 30 quid on us winning the league and got 7 to 1 kerching
had £20 on Billy getting 25 goals this season at 10 to 1 kerching
had 20 on wednesday not making the play offs at 5 to 1 ker.....
offset by
20 on Barnsley going down
20 on wednesday going down
20 on Leon Clarke scoring 20
admitted if he gets in team with the teams we have yet to play he can still do it

There is more chance of us recalling Hammond back than Clarke scoring 20
