Open cheque book. LOL.

I'd love to see Bolton's wage bill. Especially the one they started the season with.

Parkinson's had a squad full of high calibre players but even when Clough and Ameobi were around he still didn't manage to produce anything other than turgid long ball shit.

Sod him. I am looking forward to next Tuesday night, 3 points for Brizzel Rovers at bolton.

I've also read elsewhere he said "they have done well at conning the ref all game"

Charlton fans thought he was fucking garbage too.

He took over a side more than capable of pushing for promotion to the top-flight with one or two additions and ended up getting them relegated. I imagine that they had a pretty decent chequebook at the time as well....

Thing that pissed me off yesterday, is that every time one of those Bolton giants got a slight push anywhere near the area they went down like a ton of bricks, obviously under orders. Then they come out and try to give us all this gamesmanship crap. Do they really believe their own bullshit? They were a poor, static side, just playing for set pieces imho. I think we need to watch Fleetwood, not them

PS: There is more room on a Ryanair seat than there is on the kop

Shit manager, shit ground, shit club.

Always had them in the same bracket as Coventry.

Managers who are confident in their position usually say that they have been beaten by a better side on the day.

Managers who are insecure usually try to blame some outside influence.

It's clear which camp PP falls into.

I travelled on the train with a load of Bolton fans, and they all think he is ruining them - that from a team still challenging for autos.

Enough said.

I tried, but I couldn't find the words!!

I'd suggest they were ruined before Parkinson took over. The reality is Scunny, Fleetwood and us have all got benefactors who are allowing the club to spend more than they earn, just like Bolton. Only three clubs can go up so somone's going to lose out and it could be them.
Bolton have overachieved for years and usually when that happens, it's followed by a period of underachievement. That's what's happening to them now. Outside the PL, where TV money is a huge leveller, attendances still matter, if you don't have parachute payments or a generous owner, and their attendances, for a championship club, are poor. They're a mid table championship club at best.

He's under pressure.

And many managers under pressure overstate the positives, seem to forget the negatives
And are keen to make excuses.

To be fair our own Neil Warnock used to do it quite a lot.

Open cheque book!!??? Im sure Wilder was brought in to get us up on a budget. Plus we've made a few mil from Che, Dom and the young keeper who's name i've forgotten already.

Players like Wright have not cost much and have contributed massively, so he can fuck off with that one.

It's a pretty low budget division this year ,which has proved to be a real bonus for us

In the valley of the. blind .....

Be interesting to see what wilder does with a decent budget

The irony of a club £100 million + in debt accusing another club of having a "blank cheque book".
