It is important that you think about what you can improve your dumping experience.

Maybe geese flying away with the produced material to drop it on Hillsborough from a v shaped attack formation, just a thought.

Wing Commander Madkins would be salute you

Geese with the dirty black arses of crows?

Here is the accent to listen out for in the home end :D

Now I understand why the accents were often a bit dodgy in old films. Because he's reciting something he's not talking naturally. He doesn't capture the rhythm and nuances properly. Even an actor who could perfectly imitate him wouldn't sound right.

You obviously don't know many Lancie folk then ;)

Mrs BoSS worked in Bacup (near Rochdale) some years ago and flared trousers have come back into fashion ...

Aside to Mrs BoSS: What's that, love?

Ah, Mrs BoSS says that in Bacup, flared trousers never went out of fashion :D:D:D

You'll really insult them if you say they are from Lancashire. Been Greater Manchester for years. So actually, they haven't even got a proper county. :)

Speaking to a Bolton fan this week and he said the true Bolton fans have been caught out with this one. Whilst concentrating on the Bradford tickets the "2 or 3 away games a season brigade" snapped up tickets for this one. They didn't feel the need to rush as 4400 was more than enough for them as they wouldn't have sold out. United taking back the tickets has left several hundred of the hardcore support high and dry. I'm assuming they don't have a points system like ours

You say that nobody would be that stupid but i remember the 03 or 05?? Sheff derby (1 with akinibyi) & after 1 of our goals i saw police run up the kop because apparently there "undercover" utd fans were outed & im assuming theh were more dragged out for their safety than to be arrested
My brother was on their Kop in that game.

If the Bolton fans were concentrating on their big match with Bradford
Then only selling 2,518 out of 2,785 for that game was a poor effort, local game and not even sold out.

Many of their fans reckon they'd have sold 3K, that would mean 800 in the lower tier.
No doubt their owners thought the same but that would have still meant 1,400 unsold tickets on their end.
We've managed to virtually sell out the bottom tier (30 tickets left) so proves it was a good decision by SU.

The only thing I do think is weird was how come we instantly allocated them 4,400 tickets?
We ALWAYS just give 2,200 in the top tier first, then only when that's sold the away club request more tickets and SU consider that request and can offer up to 2,200 more in the lower tier.

Feel sorry for any genuine fans that have missed out but a 2,200 allocation means not too many have missed out.

How much concentration does it take to buy tickets for away games? I often buy two lots, sometimes three lots, of tickets at the same time

Quite right. It's complete bollocks. Any Trotter wanting a ticket could and would have got one. We would have taken and sold the entire allocation within hours.

I repeat, there'll be no noticeable Bolton presence in Blades areas today.

Totally agree but we are in the position where we know that if we don't act fast they will be gone before we know it. I suppose they have the thought that there's no rush, we can spread the cost rather than all at once because we won't sell out. Not defending them as it's been proven with our sales that it was the right thing to do

Well I'm still looking out for the family of five in the BLLT and I'm gonna bray 'em all. Maybe not the mum and daughter. And I'll see how old the lads are first. And maybe let the dad off getting a hiding if he's big.

It is indeed baffling.

They don't have big support, we do. And there was always a big chance we'd sell a lot of tickets.

It would've been interesting to see what we would've done if Bolton had sold 200 or so on the lower tier when it became clear our demand was very high. You'd like to think they'd move them to the upper but no doubt that wouldn't be possible as we have to maintain the stupid amount of segregation.

A few hundred Bolton fans can feel hard done by because there should be another few hundred on sale in the upper tier. It's bound to piss them off today when they see all the empty seats to the side of them.

After this though surely United will get it right from the start for the Bradford and Chesterfield games.

If your not registered,How do you get tickets when they ask for proof of address ?
A few Bolton fans have confirmed on their forum that SUFC have been in contact with BWFC about their supporters trying to purchase tickets online for the home areas. Apparently BWFC have been giving SUFC info about these supporters because they're on the BWFC system as season ticket holders or just on their system through ticket sales and then SU have been contacting these fans explaining that their purchases have been declined. The only way for them to get tickets by the looks of things is if they have a contact in the Sheffield area, or there or there abouts the Sheffield area and on our system already. Of course they still claim they'll be thousands of them on our stands which is absolute bollocks. They'll be a handful at most.

What's the big deal.....been in the Leeds, Norwich, Man U, Donny and Hull ends for matches involving the blades over the years.

Not sure what the point is. I also celebrated Blades goals though obviously didn't give it the big "V"s or went OTT. Don't matter who you are, good chance you might get filled in if you go silly.

Doubt very much they will be giving it Billy big bollocks in our sections if they get a result.

How many Bolton fans did you see on the Kop? I bumped into Fred Dibnah and Peter Kay near the entrance.

Seemed to be someone taken out of the Bramall Lane end of John Street stand just after we scored. Possibly a Bolton fan. Other than that, nothing as expected.
