Can you imagine squeezing into a tight tight leotard and strapping on spike shoes, then running and jumping into a metal tube with another male nut to butt. You scream down a half pipe of ice where death is waving at your from every corner, when you finally get to the bottom you then have to brake with your feet before you hit a wall of ice!

Then some cheeky fecker says bit amateurish tho that int'it mate!...... lmao if that's classed as an amateur sport can you imagine redefining professional, skydiving without a parachute maybe!

Done the Cresta in a training bob. Bruises faded after about three weeks. Scarier than I expected.

Try crashing and hitting the ice at 90mph wearing nothing but a thin layer of Lycra...

Just wondered, this board seems to attract a wide segment of society, and i don't think it is inconceivable that a couple of either former or current professionals post on here, and i would be very surprised if quite a few players didn't have a kneb on here.

I remember Anthony Stokes used to post on here a while back
Yes. I used to work at City Sauna and Athena (pre op) and know most of you very well indeed!

Not going to say who I am but the best three players I've ever seen were George Best, Jimmy Greaves and myself.

Or as I call it, Monday nights!

I played for Great Britain at darts during an early evening summer competition in a small hotel in Tenerife in 2001 I came second to Ze Germans.... every time I see the Union Jack now I feel ashamed about that evening but hopefully Brexit will make up for it.
