I tried to book at The Wellington but too late, so I'm having to rough it in the Mecure Bristol Holland House Hotel, which allegedly isn't far from the ground.

So I'm half anticipating a £20 taxi fare.

The Wellington is a good busy pre match boozer full of Gas fans. Ground is in Horfield at top of Gloucester Road. Leave M5 at J16 and head past Filton, about 3 miles.

Yes we played at Huddersfiled in 2011 when we beat them 1.0 after they had been unbeaten for about 30 matches or something and I thought that was when we would go up ................................Little did we know !!
