Probably end up at Blackpool, although it's off season for Donkey rides on the beach so he would have his feet up for a while.

Think it'll only be departures now but the only one I'm confident will leave is Hussey.

Would also hope that Long and Reed leave on loan, and Scougall permanently. That would get the squad down to a better number. Shame McNulty can't leave too.

I don't necessarily think we need anymore but I'm disappointed we didn't get a bit more quality. Would've liked some attacking pace. Chapman seems to be ahead of schedule with his recovery though so that's something to consider. Fuck knows how we'll pick our bench when he's back.

Before January I'd have agreed re: Long, but for the sake of covering all eventualities I'd keep him here given we wouldn't be able to recall him. Ramsdale is still relatively untested at first team level, and that bad error last week in the U23s might suggest it's still a bit early for him. Were Moore injured for a significant period and should Ramsdale then fail to make the step up, we don't want our only other option in that situation out on loan.

If you mean McNulty he can't go anywhere other than Bradford and considering they didn't really rate him i find that move unlikely.

In fairness Chippy, sometimes those last dregs are the tastiest.

As far as i'm aware it's a FIFA rule, not a FA rule, so he wouldn't be able to go abroad either

He's had a few bad games in a row. But for half the season he's been a mainstay and made a huge contribution to our league position. I think he has credit in the bank with us and should be afforded a little bit more patience. I've underperformed a bit at work this month too, post-Xmas blues perhaps, I know it's a tenuous comparison but we're all only human and these things happen. Let's hope Wilder's spotted his dip, puts and arm around him and he's back to his best for the run in.
