I was talking about snowmageddon & guaranteed panic buying reminded me of a joke i heard on 8 out of 10 cats from sean lock or jon richardson many years aho around 2010 or 2011 some like "people stockpiling bread & milk. news are sayimg thats panic buying, no it isnt that sensible buying in a crisis. black bags, duct tape & vibrators now that's panic buying"

Me too, occasionally, but in the oven. For 500g flour, I only use 300ml water, 400ml would leave me with a soggy loaf, yours obviously works for you.
