Moore for me

Since he has come in, those games where we used to concede a goal against the run of play and then never get one back or where half chances end up in the back of the net due to the unorganized defense have stopped happening!

It would have to Billy Sharp or Simon Moore, keeping them out at one end and scoring them at the other is what it is all about, Sharp has been, as expected banging them in as he did last season but having a solid keeper who sorts our defense out is whats turning us from a nearly but not quite team into the dominant force we should have been in this league for the last 4 seasons.

In the end I had to go for Billy. He is scoring for fun and is currently the top goal scorer in the league and he has won us many games from his goals. That been said Moore has also won us games from his top class saves it was a very close call and I could have gone for a couple in the end but decided on Billy. There has been very good matches for most of the team so it could go to anyone really but for me it was between mainly between Moore, coutts and Billy but I can see why other people have voted for others.

It was between Sharp, Freeman and Coutts for me. Eventually went for Sharp.

Duffy and Fleck were also very close and everyone else was close behind them.

Cannot argue with anyone's opinion on this subject, all worthy for the crown, my choice is Duffy, simply because as much as I enjoy watching our team, when he is on the ball he is like a matador taunting the defender to dare to commit himself, and on the odd occasion it doesn't come off you never here the crowd have a go at him. Who by the way do people think will win it come may?

Billy will win supporters' player of the season as long as he gets over 20 goals.

It'll be very interesting to see who wins players' player though. Reckon it will be Fleck or Duffy. They'd be great to play with.

For me Duffy just shades it over Sharp and then a chasing pack involving Fleck, Coutts, Freeman, EEL and JOC. Sharp's goals have been invaluable but for me, Duffy is the one who really makes things happen in games. The one who unpicks defences. He always wants the ball and isn't scared to try something. He makes us a much better team than we otherwise would be.

Duffy, took a few weeks to settle he was always involved and looked a threat but didn't find the final pass, once he started to link properly in the final third we started to really dominate..
