Don't want this to turn into a negative thread, or be accused of "anti-Bladeness," but as a few others have pointed out we might be getting a little bit ahead of ourselves. "Can we win back to back promotions" & "what would your line up be for the Wednesday game" would be prime examples of this.
Now don't get me wrong, I do expect us to go up this season, we're playing brilliantly, have goals coming from all over the pitch and have some real momentum behind us right now. This combined with the fact that most of the top teams still have to play us at BDTBL bodes well for the rest of the season.
Just keep in mind that we are only at the half way stage of the season, so far we've done fairly we'll with injury's & suspensions (long may it continue), but there's more than enough time for that to change.
My main concern is this, you only have to look at Leicester to see how fickle fans can be. Ranieri pulls off probably the biggest sporting upset of all time, then 6 months later some fans are calling for him to be sacked. While this wasn't the majority there were more than a few saying his time should be up. Because he's raised the bar so high they've lost sight of where they've come from, league 1 to champions of England in 7-8 years!
Those getting slightly carried away will almost certainly be the first ones to criticise when things aren't going so well. And this will happen, as well as we're doing we aren't going to win every game from now until the end of the season (happy to be proved wrong). We will have a spell where we go 2-3 games without a win, maybe even drop down a place or 2. So please just remember how far we've come ourselves in only a few short months, and lets just take it 1 game at a time...
