Good news I suppose...

But it appears tickets on there are £2 more expensive than the Kop. Why? It's the worst view in the ground. And surely in opening it the club should use it as an opportunity to entice more fans in? Cheaper tickets would achieve that.

Who's going to go on there when you can pay less and go on the Kop?

It would be good to get a sizeable number of home fans in there on a regular basis. This could be a missed opportunity due to the ticket pricing.

so where would the away fans be?

Some people may buy tickets for the novelty of it.

Although, I guess the bigger picture here is that SAG and SYP look to be relaxing the needless special measures bollocks, which is great news.

It's obviously in the hope attendances increase. If the only seats available on the Kop are restricted viewing isn't it a cheaper option than SS or JS, which are pretty much full anyway.

Plus as Grecian says, parity with away fans.

Lower Tier should be away fans while we have the BL upper, the best view in football. You know, like it always use used to be.

We could also utilise Samir on piss pouring duties when he's not playing.

Who knows, they may open the upper tier to our fans in the future. But the club will presumably already have sold away tickets in the Upper Tier to away fans for the fixtures mentioned, so can't change them now?

Can someone organise a guess the crowd in the BLLT competition?

I'll go 354 for first match.

A rare concession to common sense. I don't have it in me to praise the Council or the SY Police for anything, but I'm happy with the outcome. I hope to see one tier or the other available for home fans on a more permanent basis.

Why would we have to charge as much as the away fans are charged to sit in a different stand/section?

As for the upper tier, I'd like season tickets to be available there next season. It's about time we started making the most of that stand.

Could stick away fans in the Westfield corner. In one way it'd be a shame to lose it for home fans as it's a fantastic view, but the upside would be home fans on all four sides. Towards the end of the season it would greatly increase home fans capacity and reduce the away fans and their influence.

It would be a great advantage to do this long term as we climb back up the leagues.

Away fans can take lower tier whilst we need the corner plus upper tier. Good point about pricing. View is shite but it is obstructed by fucking grotesque steel girders on the Kop .

I'd rather go on there than the kop. Last time I was on the kop some fukker pissed all down the back of my legs! :D

"...and I pissed down the back of this bloke wearing a Shemagh!"

Club responds to supporters' suggestions; they perhaps read on this website?

Got to say I hate the idea that just because they are away fans you shouldn't give them good seats for their money, after all, we've all been away fans in our time.

Win, win, well played SUFC & thank you.

Don't know about all this having to charge what away fans pay on the Bramall Lane End bollocks?

I remember a couple of seasons back tickets for a few games were being sold for the lower tier through the Childrens Hospital and the Philadelphia Social Club for a tenner.

These tickets really ought to be being sold cheaper to try & fill the place up.
