Just looked on line andthere are plenty spare in the top corner of the Kop near the South Stand....even 8 in a row ( as per on line ticking system) Indeed all down that side thre are plenty available

I've some sympathy with that. Yes, there are loads left on the kop but most of the ones available will have a pillar or two restricting the view. That's before you have to sit with your knees under your chin for 90 minutes. What makes it particularly galling is that there will be over 5000 empty seats at the other end, all with a perfect unobscured view.

Not very good planning on United's part if I'm being honest.

Bought a 1/2 season ticket for the Kop this morning and up graded to BL upper corner for the Oldham game, that's nearly a sell out, South Stand sold out, sounds as though JSS is just about sold out, that'll be pushing 17k all in, plus Kop (9k at least???), plus inbreds from wrong side of t' Pennines, we'll probably be pushing high 20s Boxing day. Surprised they haven't opened BL lower tier for our fans.

2 seats left in Westfield, south stand sold out, John St not available online so cant tell.

Couple of hundred or so on kop, nearly all in back left section. Very limited numbers elsewhere on the kop.

If you want to go but haven't got tickets do it now. This game is going to sell out unless they decide to open the BL lower to take the overspill.

Back for a festive visit so decided to buy some tickets for me and the old man. If we lose it's my fault.

Agree this will sell out (home end). Just went to buy 2 tickets, only Kop tickets showing and I had to try every block before finding 2 together. If you don't have tickets, go online now, they will sell out!
