Not first choice and therefore not as good as those we have in the team
Some on here say they hope we don't extend his contract
But I would given that we need some cover and someone who does not create problems with the squad because he is not being picked
We would need to sign other cover but would they be better, would they be fit, would they not upset the togetherness of our squad. We should be careful what we wish for
Anyway trust Wilder to get things right which is why he only gave him a contract until January and not a three year contract as our previous managers would have done

Have no issue with him getting a contract to the end of the year - provides cover at rb, centre back and defensive midfield.

That's said I don't think he could step up a league should we go up and I'm sure there are superior players we could recruit. It if wilder chooses to recruit elsewhere then that's fine by me.

What we do with Brown depends on who we bring in. Sign a RWB and he can go, because that's currently the key position he's providing cover in. Sign no RWB and he probably stays.

I just assumed Brown was signed because there's no loan window and we needed cover for a couple of positions. If things had gone against us then we may have needed him. Instead he's been surplus. I haven't seen much of him but none of it's good, the Bury fans didn't rate him, and 25 isn't very young in football.

Then I saw him play at Bolton in the FA Cup and I was pleasantly surprised, thought he played quite much better than I expected. But like the whole team that day, suspect at set pieces

I cannot personally remember anybody on here or for that matter talking about the blades in the pub that has criticised him, simply because we have not really seen him play! Dont care too much if he goes or stays because if he goes Wilder will bring somebody else in who will be pushing immediately for starting at RWB. Where we are in January compared to last August is completely different, he can now see us possibly going up so his ideas on players will be slightly different.

Depends on which clips you saw. He was inconsistent and on days when he couldn't be arsed it showed. That's why we bought Scullion.

During those first 2 or 3 years after promotion to the 1st division Reece and Scullion used to alternate depending on who was the form guy at the time.

Good player to have around for a couple of reasons. We need cover At right back. Most importantly and his Contracts up in Jan and it was Late Aug before we signed him? I imagine he's on less than some of the kids like Reed for example Seems content to be all of the above on a short term basis.
