You said I'd said I knew how much Murphys fee was and quoted only part of a post ignoring the " I don't know" bit. That was the "proof" you used but clearly the full post of mine tells a different story.

Now you claim i'm back pedalling despite the above and despite the fact that all the posts are in time order and again, the one misrepresented post you used as proof actually proves only two things. That I said I didn't know how much the Murphy fee was and that you lied about what I said.

Unless of course there's another post you can dig up and edit, although it's quite noticeable that you've now gone from "said" to "alluded" .

What's also noticeable is that you do t seem to be challenging posters who are saying the same as me about the timelines for the Desso etc. luckily for them of course but why is that?

At the end of the day, while ever we use incoming transfer fees to pay for anything other than replacement players of an equal or better quality we will only regress. Wilder has done a top job with his recruitment so far especially in assembling the best midfield in league one without spending a penny on fees, but long term it's a policy that takes premier league teams to league one.
