You've misspelt 'Fiorentina' surely?

On his way to Fleetwood on loan.
Well said, i think he just didn't live up to the expectation of the fans, he wore a baseball cap, drove a rangey, had his dad looking out for him and didn't seem to show the effort to go from academy to first teamNo idea what this lad has done to upset so many fans. I follow his Twitter and never saw anything untoward, just a young lad with a bit of confidence. He was looking to be a fantastic youth prospect until a career threatening injury and now some fans seem to delight in his fall from grace all seems a bit bitter in my opinion.
Good luck to him at Fleetwood, hopefully he'll score a few against the likes of Scunny and Bolton.

ITK Alert!!!!!!
I know someone who used to work at the Academy and had a lot of time for DGL but despaired of his attitude and inabilty to just knuckle down. He got the personalised reg which inflamed Clough and had an ability to wind up other senior people, albeit unintentionally. He wasn't deliberately awkward but just lived in his own little world. He had always thought he'd be a professional footballer and that was it. Apparently his dad was a pain though.
Apparently at 14/15 Pemberton reckoned he was the best kid he'd ever seen at that age, so clearly something went wrong.
Whilst he wasn't given an extensive run at BDTBL, he was given more chances than others and he didn't really take them. His loan spells out were distinctly average and the fact CW saw him first hand at Northampton, says it all.
No malice toward the lad, but he's an irrelevance to us now.
What the personal reg plate and why did it annoy Clough?
His brother who used to play for Staveley MWMust be getting close to last chance saloon for the lad.
I see a 'namesake' scored the winner for Matlock at the weekend.
Maybe next time we sign a promising kid we'll do it quietly with just an announcement on the website that x has been offered a professional contract rather than sticking him on the pitch with his mum and dad and acting like we've just signed Eden Hazard.ITK Alert!!!!!!

erm Wilson was the manager that started playing him, if Wilson stayed we would have likely saw a good bit of Diegowe only got to see him under Narcissist Clough and Bozo Adkins.

Yeah, if he'd stayed for another couple of years. Don't forget Diego had a very bad injury that sidelined him just at the point he was breaking through. I'm not sure he was the same player after that.erm Wilson was the manager that started playing him, if Wilson stayed we would have likely saw a good bit of Diego
I love this type of thread, don't you?
I prefer to save my anger for those cunts who have actually consistently cost us games and points over the years, rather than unbridled anger at youth team players trying (and failing by the looks of it) to make it in the game. Are we still in this division due to Diego, Diamo, Slew, Mellis, Whitehouse (Elliott not Dane) et al? No? Didn't think so.
Now, has Dean Hammond got himself a job yet?
But it was perhaps telling that despite having a trial at Chesterfield over the summer, Wilson decided not to take him on.

He doesn't wear our shirt so it doesn't matter any more. Apart from that it's been done to death. Now what's McNulty up to, that should get Tyler going!![]()
