I can only think of 5 off the top of my head: Howard Kendall, Steve Bruce, Adrian Heath, Gary Speed, and *shudder* Bryan Robson.

Kendall and Heath were presumably part of the same one that won twice in the 80s – no idea if Kendall won any as a player. Just one for Speed, probably just one for Robson. Bruce joined in 98, so I'd guess he won 4?
