Having not been to the Emirates or Olympic stadium (I'm sure they are both better than my following choice), I'd say MK Dons.

Most new stadiums I'm pretty apathetic about, however I like new Wembley (bite me) and Burton's ground is nice.

Of grounds built in the last 20 years, I would say, in no particular order:

Stadium of Light
Ashburton Grove
City of Manchester Stadium
New York Stadium (especially for its location)

Has to be Wembley hands down.
The new Tottenham ground is supposed to be going to be the bees when it's finished, be nice if we manage a reason to visit in the future.

Britannia for me. Like how the away end isn't rounded off. Its not just a 'bowl' like Ricoh, MK Dons, Majeski etc.. Also, it seems to generate so much noise. Its horrible when Stoke score.

I prefer the Millenium to Wembley it is just a pity it is in Cardiff but at least you can go in the City centre for a drink or have a wander round the castle then 5mins walk and you are there. By contrast Wembley is a right shithole with nothing any good nearby. Better view and much better atmosphere at the Millenium, feels closer to the pitch.

New grounds aren't my thing, but Stevenage and Burton are decent (both of which I think are new grounds).

Worst one goes to Coventry, hands down.

Quite a fan of Chesterfield's considering their size, the location is no worse than it used to be, easy to go for a booze before hand. Big fan of the leg room and padded seats at MK but it's in the arse end of nowhere on the outskirts of an arsehole of a town, for an arsehole of a team. Only just pipped to worst ground by Coventry.

I liked Pride Park.

Derby is a pretty chill place.

In relation to the conversation we were having earlier today about football grounds.

It was a deliberate policy of the MCC to build Lords up as distinct different stands and pavilion in the 'spirit' of cricket on the village green. This masterplan dates to the design of the new Mound Stand in the 1980s.

For a one off purpose built stadium, its this one;

people were saying how much they hated concrete bowls in the thread " Why isn't Bramall Lane a listed Building"

well here is a concrete bowl....ugly isn't it?

Covered in scaffolding last time I was there, Vorps. Maybe they're adding another tier or a cantilever roof :D

Coincidentally and spookily, me and a colleague (a Gooner) were comparing the new build stadiums today at work. He's been to many of the grounds in the Premier league but incredibly, not to the new Wembley so I suggested he go there tonight to watch Spurs. ;)
His favourite however was the Etihad.
Out of the new builds I've been to, I picked Derby as my favourite with honourable mentions for the Keepmoat at Donny, Hull City's new place and the Emirates to keep him happy, all of them quality.
Furthermore, just to get one in on those miserable and strangely quiet fuckin Hammers around me, I said to my mate that "you can keep all yer Premier hype and plastic fans, when Bramall Lane is rocking, it's the greatest place on earth".

Blackheath Blade 1 West Ham United 0 :)
