Had a corner in the 91st minute, should have been tailor made for Coutts and Fleck to tippy tap the clock down. Start Lavery Tuesday, time to see if the hype is true, Clarke just doesn't look right to me, Done's had his shot.

In the long run the worst consequence of this game is likely to be the next episode in endlessly tedious calls for/resulting arguments about Ched Evans. I kind of wish he'd just sign for Wednesday and get a "fuck the blades" tattoo on his face just so it'd all go away once and for all.

Very frustrating, maddening in fact but we benefitted from a late goal on Tuesday and you can't win all the time. Sounded like another great performance.
Agreed that's football, I suppose the only reason we should feel a bit gutted is because we deserved to benefit from the late goal and Charlton didn't. Both these games should have been put to bed but the great run continues and we move on.

Just on the coach now. Great performance and deserved 3 points. Made Charlton look very ordinary. Gut wrenching at the end. It was poor defending for the free kick and they were queuing up at the back post. Had some decent chances and there keeper pulled of some good saves including a worldly from Duffy. We need to be more clinical and kill these teams off. Chin up though and roll on Tuesday. Let's get back to second and make it 16 unbeaten

Did we sit back at the end? Who was marking the goal scorer?
Not really as we still had plenty of the ball in and around there box. They brought a sub on who was stronger and fresher than Lafferty and he had a real go. The goal was very disappointing though

Still unbeaten. Win your homes and draw your aways = Promotion.

Would be true (probably) over the course of a season, however we already lost some home games and need to regain those points somewhere. Being ahead in injury time against a mid table side is exactly the sort of position we need to keep hold of. Now down to third. Not a disaster but this could be a game we look back on if we just miss out in May.

I wonder if Sharpy's pen miss might have just knocked him out of his goal scoring stride a slightly. It crosses my mind it might happen at the time, which is why we definitely need another regular contributor to our goals for tally up front.

Hopefully Billy will be back with a brace on Tuesday.

This 'rough' patch has seen us take 6 points at home in two games and a point away at a Charlton side in good form. I'd haven taken 7 points any day.

Disappointing today in the end, but win convincingly on Tuesday, get back to 2nd and we're buzzing again.

It was mate and you can look at it from the point of view that if the late goals were taken away we would still have the same points. To there credit the players looked as guttered as us at the end

Agree with spongebobblade brilliant save by there keeper to stop Duffy from getting his second. Played well and should have definitely come away with the 3 points that's why it's so disappointing. We created all the chances and dominated the game through out. Bad defending on there goal cost us 2 points and that was the only real chance they had. Don't think it's to much to worry about as it was a good performance just couldn't quite put it to bed. We are bound to have these days as are other teams but let's just move forward and hammer Walsall on Tuesday night and get second place back. Still looking good if we can win on Tuesday go back second and only 3 points off top with scunny having probably the hardest games coming up till the new year and Bolton and scunny also have to play each other on 31st December.

Shame that but would have taken the point before, they had some decent players...

We've only lost one at home to be fair. It's only the manner of today's result that is disappointing. Charlton are only 2 points off the play offs and I expect them to continue to improve. There is nothing wrong with that result on paper

We will be three points behind Scunny if we win Tuesday.

Chris not happy with wasted chances

I suspect he secretly thinks it's a decent point but I'm delighted that he's taken this hardline tact. All of the successful managers are belligerently unrealisticly ambitious. Ferguson, Mourinho etc.

The managers who say "keep playing like that and the wins will come" are people like Pulis, Pardew, Southgate etc. Good managers, but not winners.

Its's hard not to get down after a smash and grab.If we bottle the performance we win most games away from home. It's also another of our toughest looking fixtures ticked off, and more minutes for Clarke and Lavery. Tuesdays a massive game, we win and it's a fantastic sequence of results.

I disagree, I think he really is pissed. Which is good, let's hope he can change it to ensure that those goals do keep going in.

I like this manager.

Wow, looks like hes given his players a bollockin! I love chris but has to be carefull not to lose the players. Yes we should have won but I'm sure the players will be gutted too!

To be fair, he says he's let them off last two games.
